Si Castlevania est le papa du genre, Super Metroid en est la maman ( et le premier Metroid la grand-mère). Un savant mélange d'exploration, de plate-formes avec les codes du film d'horreur en prime.

Annotation :
En plus d'être un chef d'oeuvre graphiquement et musicalement, ce remake du jeu de 1992 montre que le genre existait bien avant Castlevania. Même si il n'a pas de carte, sa proposition de revoir plusieurs fois le même monde a travers différentes transformations en fait je trouve un jeu exceptionnel et unique.

Une ambiance particulièrement dark, des graphismes 2D de toute beauté, un scénario intriguant, ce jeu où on joue une petite princesse qui invoque des fantômes pour combattre la corruption dans un village dans un maudit est un incontournable !
Et en prime ça tourne parfaitement sur Switch.

Suite directe d'Aria of Sorrow et il est tout aussi bien, honnêtement il n'y a quasiment rien à dire tant l'expérience est bonne.
Le farming des âmes peut cependant être plutôt ennuyeux à la longue.

Annotation :
Le premier Mega Man à ne pas être linéaire ne brille pas forcément dans ses aspects d'exploration (quelle plaie de devoir refaire 6 fois la même mission qui consiste à chercher le même objet au même endroit !), mais tout le reste est réussi. Il est beau, les musiques sont inoubliables, les boss sont bien designés.
Je crois que j'aime beaucoup les jeux où le personnage peut changer de forme selon les situations.
